These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 44dd platform and all its services. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and 44dd. Please read each clause carefully. If you object to any clause, please do not use this platform.

44dd is an online casino and betting platform that provides entertainment gaming opportunities for Bangladeshi users. These Terms apply to the platform's website, mobile version and all associated services.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on the platform, you confirm that:

2.1 Account Creation Rules

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Providing accurate and up-to-date information at the time of account registration is mandatory. An account created with false information may be closed at any time and the accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Age Verification

44dd may request necessary documents for age and identity verification at any time. Account activity may be restricted or suspended until verification is complete. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you believe unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify the support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit at 44dd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳200.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Verification and Security

For large withdrawal amounts, 44dd may request additional documents for identity verification. 44dd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and investigate accounts in cases of fraud, money laundering or suspicious transactions.

• Attempting withdrawals from multiple accounts belonging to the same person is prohibited.
• Account verification may be mandatory before the first withdrawal.
• If a withdrawal is delayed due to technical issues, notify the support team.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

44dd offers a special welcome bonus for new members: a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each user is eligible for one welcome bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.
• 44dd reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

44dd has three VIP tiers for loyal members, with cashback provided every week:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

By staying regularly active, you can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers. Detailed terms for VIP benefits are published separately and may change at any time.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

44dd believes in fair play. All games are operated through an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) system. There is no opportunity to manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing through bots, automated software or any other artificial means.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the system.
• Intentionally placing bets against each other to meet bonus conditions.
• Operating an account through fraudulent means.
• Creating or operating an account using a third party's identity.

6.3 Technical Issues

If any bet or game is affected by an internet disconnection, power outage or other technical issue, 44dd will endeavour to provide a fair resolution as far as possible, however 44dd will not be liable for any losses arising in such circumstances.

44dd offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports. The following rules apply to sports betting:

• The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are not final and may change according to match conditions.
• If any match is cancelled or suspended, the bet will be settled according to the betting rules.
• Requests to cancel bets placed accidentally or in error may not be accepted.
• 44dd reserves the right to void any bet in live betting if the system is not updated in time.

44dd places the highest importance on responsible gambling. We believe that gaming is for entertainment only — it should never be seen as a source of income.

8.1 Self-Control Features

Users can set deposit limits, session time limits or self-exclusion for themselves. Contact the support team to activate these measures.

8.2 Protection of Minors

Upon account closure, any legitimately held balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless a legal obligation prevents this.

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Bonus Terms together form the entire agreement between 44dd and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are considered void.

13.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

13.3 Translation

These Terms are written in Bengali. If any translation into another language exists, the Bengali version will be considered final in the event of a dispute.
